All of district east of a line beginning at mouth of Rocky Run at Marshall County line; thence up said run passing Endicott and Dean to the top of the ridge between said run and Steel's Run, thence down Steel's Run to Little Creek; thence up said creek and its left hand branch or southern fork by the hill road to the Grant District line near John Rush's.
