Beginning at the mouth of the western branch of Nansemond River, thence up said branch to Isle of Wight County line, a short distance from Everetts Bridge, thence along said county line to Brewers Creek, thence down Brewers Creek to Chuckatuck Creek, thence down said creek to James River, thence down said James River to mouth of Nansemond River, thence up said river to Western Branch the point of beginning.

Beginning at the mouth of the Western Branch of the Nansemond River, thence up said branch to Isle of Wight County line (a short distance from Everetts Bridge) thence south along Isle of Wight County line to S.A.L. Railroad, thence east along said R.R. to culvert over Smith's Creek, thence down said Creek to Nansemond River, thence down said River to point of beginning.
