All that part of precinct included within the following boundary lines; Beginning at the point where the Guadalupe river leaves the corporation line of the city of Victoria; thence down the east bank of said river to the Calhoun county line; thence northeast along the north boundary line of said county to the point where the Victoria and Port Lavaca R.R. track crosses it; thence with said R.R. track northwest which is the line between precincts 1 and 4 to the Pullman survey; thence following the common line between said precincts to where it is crossed by the N.Y. and Texas Mexican Ry. track; thence along said track in a southwestern direction to the corporation line of said city to the place of beginning. |
