Commencing at the public road on the San Gabriel River, all that part of #5 lying east of the public road leading from Rockdale to Davilla by the Holtzelaw Bridge and east of the road from Davilla to Taylor to the Williamson County line, allowing a radius of 400 yards from the gin for the town.

All that part of #5 lying west of the public road leading from Rockdale to Davilla from the San Gabriel crossing at the Holtzclaw Bridge to Davilla and south of the road from Davilla to Taylor to Williamson County line, excluding the town of Davilla, but including Lilac allowing radius of 400 yards.
