Justice Pct. 1 (part). Beginning at a point where Fort Street reachos the west boundary line of the city of San Marcos, thence east with Fort Street to the east line of the city limits; thence following the city limits south and west to the I and G N Ry tracks; thence west with the I and G N Ry tracks to the Hays countyline; thence north to the north line of Justice Pct. 1 in the W M Perry patent; thence east with said north line to Purgatory Creek; thence down Purgatory Creek with its meanders to the city limits of San Marcos, thence following the city limits north to Fort Street; the place of beginning
     
38 San Marcos town: Ward 1 and 4
Justice Pct. 1 (part). Beginning at a point where Fort Street intersects the west city limits; thence east with Fort Street to the east city limits; thence in an irregular direction north with the city limits to San Marcos Springs; thence up San Marcos Springs branch (no local name for this branch, but clearly distinguishable by the name given here) to where same crosses the east line of the John Carson patent; thence with said east line north and the east line of the Robert Love patent, to the dividing line of Commissioners pracincts 1 and 3, thence west with the precinct line to Purgatory Creek; thence in an irregular direction down the creek to the city limits; thence with the city limits to the place of beginning; Each ward should be shown separately on schodules

Ry., crosses the west line of Hays county, thence south with the county line to the extreme south corner of Hays county; thence following the county line to the west line of Justice Pct. 2, or the east line of the Thos. McGehee league, thence north with the precinct line and the Blanco River to the north line, at the northwest corner of the D. E. Arnold patent; thence west with the north precinct line to the east line of the Robert S. Love patent; thence south with the east lines of the R. S. Love and John Carsom patents to a dry ravine or the San Marcos Springs Branch; thence following said ravine or branch to the City limits of San Marcos; thence with the city limits of San Marcos to the I. &. G. N. tracks, thence west with the railway to the county line
