All of precinct east of Colorado river excluding that portion of the town of Bastrop described as follows; Beginning where Piney creek empties into the Colorado river; thence down the Colorado river with its meanders to the south line of the city of Bastrop tract; thence with south line of said city tract to Jackson street; thence north with Jackson street to where it strikes Piney creek; thence down Piney creekto the place of beginning.

2 Justice Pct. 1 (part)
Excluding Bastrop town. All of precinct west of Colorado river.

3 Bastrop town (part)
Beginning where Piney creek empties into the Colorado river; thence down the Colorado river with its meanders to the south line of the city of Bastrop tract; thence with south line of said city tract to Jackson street; thence north with Jackson street to where it strikes Piney creek; thence down Piney creek to the place of beginning.

4 Justice Pct. 2 (part) including Smithville town
Beginning at northwest corner of T.J.Gaxley survey on Colorado river; thence in southwest direction to southwest corner of said survey; thence in east direction with south lines of Gaxley, L. Lomas and Grasmeyer surveys to lower corner of Grasmeyer survey on Colorado river; thence up Colorado riverto the place of beginning.

All of precinct west and south of a line beginning at N.W.cor. of T.J.Gaxley survey on Colorado River thence in S.W.disection to S.W.cor. of said survey, thence in E.direction with S.lines of Gaxley, L. Lomas and Grasmeyer surveys to lower cor. of Grasmeyer survey on Colorado River.
