All that part of the town of Bangor lying north of the following line: Beginning on the Malone town line at a point 80 rods south of the highway known as the North Bangor road, leading from Malone to Brushton through North Bangor village; thence running in a westerly direction parallel with said road to the Moira town line

All that part of the town of Bangor lying south of the following line: Beginning on the Malone town line at a point 80 rods south of the highway known as the North Bangor Road, leading from Malone to Brushton through North Bangor village; thence running in a westerly direction parallel with said road to the Moira town line
