Remainder of Keeseville village in Ausable town of Clinton County. All that part of the town lying to the north of the following described line: Beginning at Port Kent wharf on the shore of Lake Champlain, thence along the center of the highway known as the Plank road, to the center of the highway known as the Old Port Kent road, about 80 rods west of the toll-gate, thence along the center of said Old Port Kent road, in a westerly direction, to the easterly line of the corporation boundaries of the village of Keesville, thence south and west following the boundaries of said corporation to the Ausable river

34 Chesterfield town (part) including Clintonville village (part)
All that part of the town lying to the south of the following described line: Beginning at PortKent wharfon the shore of Lake Champlain, thence along the center of the highway known as the Plank road to the center of the highway known as the Old Port Kent road, about 80 rods west of the toll-gate, thence along center of said Old Port Kent road, in a weste*ly direction, to the easterly line of the corporation boundaries of the village of Keeseville, thence south and west following the boundaries of said corporation to the Ausable River
