All east of a line commencing at the northeast corner of section 12, Township 36, range 6, thence south to Blackwell Creek, down Blackwell Creek in southerly direction to the County line.

All west of a line commencing at the northeast corner of section 12, Township 35, range 6, thence south to Blackwell Creek, down Blackwell Creek in a southerly direction to the county line.

All that part of twp. lying within the following boundaries; On the east and south by Big River, west by county line, north by Old Grade Bonne Terre Railroad to the point where said old grade intersects the south boundary of Survey 3099, thence west along the line of said survey to the southwest corner of Survey 3099, thence north along the line of said survey to the north line of said Township, thence east to Big River.
