All that portion of the 7th ward lying south of the center of Mitchell Ave., west of the center of 12th St., north of the center of Pacific St. and east of the center of 8th St.

73 St. Joseph city: Ward 7 (part)
All that portion of the 7th ward lying south of the center of Pacific St., west of the center of 12th St. and a line running due south from 12th St. to the city limits, east of 8th St. and the tracks of the Atchison Branch of the Hannibal and St. Joseph Ry. to the ward limits, and north of Lake boulevard.
