94	Beat 1 (part) Commencing at the point on the line between Beats One (1) and Two (2), where said line is crossed by the Upper Magnolia and Walker's Bridge Road, and running on said Beat line north to the northeast corner of Beat One (1), being the Beat line between Beats One (1) and Four (4); thence west on said Beat line to the northwest corner of Beat 1; thence on the line between Beats One (1) and Five (5) southwesterly to the intersection of said Beat line with the Upper Magnolia and Walker's Bridge Reed; and thence easterly along said road to the place of beginning
