81 Koloa District (part)
All that territory lying east of Laawai Stream running to Lihue boundary.

82 Koloa District (part)
All that territory lying west of Laawai Stream running to Waimea boundary.

83 Waimea District (part) including the Hanapepe basin and
Labor Camps Nos. 2 and 4
Bounded on the east by Lihue and Koloa districts, on the south by the ocean, on the west by the first gulch west of camp 4 of Hawaiian Sugar Co., following the bed of the aforesaid gulch to the Makaweli and camp 5 road to its terminus, and then following the top of the ridge to the Lihue and Koloa district.

84 Waimea District (part)
Bounded on the east by the first gulch west of Camp 4 of Hawaiian Sugar Co., following the center of the bed of the aforesaid gulch from the ocean up to Makaweli and Camp 5, road then

85 Waimea District (part)
Bounded on the east by the center of the Waimea river from its mouth to the mouth of the Makaweli river, from there the dividing line shall be the top of the dividing watershed or ri

86 Waimea District (part) including Kekaha plantation and
the settlements of Mana and Unelolo
Bounded on the east by the boundary post and wire fence which separates Waimea Plant from Kekaha Plant, and following said fence from the ocean to its terminus, and from there the boundary shall be the top of the ridge which separates the waters of the Waimea river from the Mana and Milolii side of the district and the boundary shall follow the top of said ridge to the Hanalei district. On the west by the Pacific ocean, on the south by the Pacific ocean, on the north by the Pacific ocean.
