One note that Dick Hanson made to me in regards to Egg Harbor Township ... Page 43, line 14 ... The enumerator wrote "this name should be in Family 324". Dick Hanson left it exactly as the enumerator wrote it and simply made note of it in the remarks field. Also, the enumerator started the census using the normal structure to record baby's ages .. ie. 2/12, 4/12, etc. Later, he started reducing these fractional ages down to the lowest common denominator .. i.e. 1/6, 3/4, etc. Please keep this in mind when you view the transcription! The enumerator started over with page 1 on Weymouth Township. Therefore, when creating the text pages for this project, Weymouth Township was created with filenames of 2pg0001.txt and 2pg0025.txt instead of the normal pg00001.txt that is normally seen.
